Online Tuesday Gatherings

How to attend

These Zoom gatherings are held from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. You’ll need a link to attend. In order to receive a link:

  • Select Get In Touch from the About Us drop down menu.
  • Fill in the Get In Touch form
  • Click the SUBMIT button.  

What we do

  • Check in/Introductions
  • A talk is given on the current topic*.  Select Weekly Notices from the Offerings drop down menu to learn about the current topic.  The Weekly Topic and associated text are updated before the beginning of each week.
  • Still meditation for between 20 and 30 minutes
  • Share our heartfelt thoughts.  At this time, you may share comments, concerns, and questions related to the current topic or about your practice in general.  This time is meant to be therapeutic not therapy.  Our intention is for you to feel comfortable and safe expressing your heartfelt thoughts without the concern of being judged or any solution being offered.  Your questions may not be answered, but resources may be offered by the gathering facilitator.  While this is not a conversation, what is said by others may bring concerns and questions to your mind, which you are encouraged to express.  
  • End the gathering.

*Topics Considered

  • At the first gathering of each month, we focus our attention on the Five Mindfulness Trainings. 
  • At the other gatherings in the month the topics that address the myriad of life issues we all encounter such as Expectations, Communication issues, how to cultivate our mindfulness, and the need to offer compassion to yourself as well as others.
