These Zoom gatherings are held from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm U.S. West Coast time. To participate, you’ll need a link. To receive this link:
Select Get In Touch at the bottom of this page or from the About Us drop-down menu.

What we do
Check in/Introductions
A talk is given on the current topic*. Select Weekly Notices from the Offerings drop-down menu to learn about the current topic. The Weekly Topic and associated text are updated before the beginning of each week.
Still meditation for between 20 and 30 minutes, fostering a compassionate presence among participants.
Share our heartfelt thoughts. At this time, you may express comments, concerns, and questions related to the current topic or about your mindfulness training and practice in general. This time is meant to be therapeutic, not therapy. Our intention is for you to feel comfortable and safe expressing your heartfelt thoughts without the fear of being judged or receiving solutions. While your questions may not always be answered, the gathering facilitator may offer helpful resources. Although this is not a conversation, what others share may spark concerns and questions in your mind, which you are encouraged to voice.

*Topics Considered
At the first gathering of each month, we focus our attention on the Five Mindfulness Trainings. At the other gatherings throughout the month, we address various life issues we all encounter, such as Expectations, Communication issues, how to cultivate our mindfulness, and the importance of offering compassion to yourself as well as others.
